2025 – a year of developments, encounters and sustainable transformations
Looking back on 2025, we see a year full of movement – not only in a physical sense, but also in terms of content, methodology and the impact of our shared learning and development spaces. It was a year in which we brought people, organisations and learning processes together where they unfold their impact: in everyday professional life, in collaboration and in concrete action.
Product and live trainings: practice meets context
Practice-oriented formats unfold their impact where experience, comparability and transfer questions interact within a lively learning environment:
- Multi-location product trainings in 3 languages, 2 countries, 2 brands with 490 participants
- Trainings in the transformation field with a focus on the balance between tradition and future-oriented mobility
- Product trainings in the field of multimedia and digital skills
Academy programmes: competence with structure
In 2025, Academy programmes were high on the agenda. Structured learning landscapes with clear objectives and success measurement do not only convey knowledge – they set standards and strengthen professionalism along the entire value chain:
- Certified Management Program with and for Daimler Truck AG in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Certified Sales Program with and for Daimler Truck Austria
- Renault service advisor training with and for Renault in Austria and Switzerland
Virtual classroom trainings: flexibility meets interaction
When flexibility meets interaction, digital spaces are understood not as a replacement, but as an extension of the learning space. Hybrid learning formats create closeness and dialogue across distance – provided they are not only technically, but also didactically well designed:
- Communication trainings in change processes
- Soft skills trainings in international sales
- PowerPoint for Professionals
Insights & thought leadership: expanding horizons
Training is always more than content and methodology. Sustainable change requires impulses, inspiration and the right mindset. In 2025, Hubert Ortner, Managing Director of Formation4You, opened important spaces for thought and development through his talks:

In addition to successful formats and new approaches, we also celebrated two special internal milestones in 2025:
In June, our new website went live in four languages, and in December we celebrated 10 years of Formation4You – from a three-person team to a partner operating across Europe.
