Renault Group Switzerland relies on a future-oriented training concept: the training to become a certified Renault Salesperson, developed and implemented with Formation4You.
Multimedia and new technologies
The focus is on the professional handling of digital vehicle functions and multimedia systems. Salespeople learn to explain technical correlations in a simple and understandable way and to use them effectively in sales conversations.
The goal: confidence in handling technology and the ability to communicate innovations convincingly. Only those who understand can inspire.
Participants are trained to present the current multimedia systems (Easy Link, OpenR Link, Easy Connect) in a practical way – from activating the customer account to the R-Link Store, updates and app functions. They are also strengthened in objection handling and technical terminology to respond confidently to customer questions.
The combination makes the difference
The training consists of two complementary learning phases:
50% online (VCT): focus on new technologies, digital systems and technical fundamentals
50% in person: practical training directly on the vehicle with the multimedia systems
The training is offered in German and French – and in Italian if there is high demand – and takes place 1 to 2 times per quarter.
Who is the training for?
According to the contractual requirements of the Renault Group, the module is mandatory for at least one salesperson per partner dealership. Each dealership must have a certified multimedia consultant who can competently support customers in all digital vehicle topics.
