An Innovative Training Concept
Two target groups with completely different programs and focuses were brought together for two days at the Driving Camp Pachfurth (Austria). The result: enthusiastic participants, hands-on experiences, and an outstanding rating of 4.9 on a 5-point scale.
Around 30 salespeople and 30 technicians participated in the training days. 
The combination of two professional fields with different focuses within one training framework proved to be a complete success thanks to the well-thought-out training concept. 
While salespeople and technicians worked in separate workshops, there were still shared elements that promoted exchange and mutual understanding.  
Pure Practice: Experience Off-Road Capabilities Live
A highlight of the training was undoubtedly the opportunity to experience the impressive off-road capabilities of the Maxus eTERRON 9 firsthand. 
The Driving Camp Pachfurth (AT), with its challenging off-road course, provided the ideal setting to test the performance of the 4×4 model under realistic conditions. Participants also had the chance to test the vehicle in public traffic to gain a comprehensive understanding of its driving characteristics.  
Setting Milestones Together
Particularly noteworthy is that the Managing Director of Maxus Motors Austria, Andreas Kostelecky, MBA, accompanied the entire event and contributed his expertise directly to the workshops. His focus was on sales and marketing, while three experienced trainers from Formation4You led the specific training sessions on product knowledge, customer communication, and technical aspects.
Tailored Workshops for Maximum Efficiency
To meet the different requirements, the training was divided into three workshop categories:
- Product Workshop: Detailed presentation of vehicle features, technical highlights, and unique selling points in the competition.
 - Customer Workshop: Sales conversations, needs analysis, and the optimal use of argumentation techniques.
 - Technician Workshop: In-depth technical insights, maintenance and repair topics, and troubleshooting strategies
 
Enthusiastic Participants and a Strong Conclusion
The combination of theory, practice, and high-caliber expert knowledge made the training a complete success. Participants were highly motivated and rated the event with an outstanding 4.9 out of 5 points. This result not only confirms the innovative concept but also shows how important hands-on training is for success in sales and service.
