The program offers managers from Daimler Trucks’ service partners the opportunity to develop their skills in a targeted and personalized way. The qualification spans one year and is divided into three key modules: “Leading Yourself,” “Leading Others,” and “Leading the Business.”

The Qualification Process

The Certified Management Program follows a clear, structured, and dynamic process that comprehensively addresses the demands of the complex industry environment. Through e-learnings, virtual classroom trainings, in-person camps, and workshops, participants acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, creating space for personal growth in their professional roles. This blend of digital and face-to-face formats ensures effective knowledge transfer that can be seamlessly integrated into everyday work.

Strategic thinking, innovation management, and change processes are at the heart of this one-year journey. Guided by the trainers from Formation4You, participants navigate the program through a real-world project with regular progress assessments. The program concludes with certification. This year DACH – next year locations all around the world

At the end of 2024, the first participants were certified. We warmly congratulate them and are delighted to see the many developments that have become visible among all participants this year. Meanwhile, the fourth cohort of the Certified Management Program has started in the DACH region. In 2025, the program will continue internationally in other countries.
