How Formation4You Performs in Three Locations at Once: What happens when you want to launch two new vehicles in two different countries at the same time? Exactly: you plan a multi-location product training that sets new standards – in organization, educational approach, and live experience for over 490 participants.
Simultaneously in Three Locations: Face-to-Face with a System
In Austria, more than 240 participants were trained in just six days – at the Driving Camp Pachfurth in Lower Austria and the Brandboxx in Salzburg. Meanwhile, in Switzerland, four training events were held in three languages (German, French, Italian) with around 220 participants – mostly on TCS grounds. On some days, trainings ran simultaneously at three locations. This was made possible by an experienced team:

Two New Vehicles in Focus: A Competitive Edge
The spotlight was on the all-electric Renault 4 and the versatile Dacia Bigster, which impressed with combustion and hybrid engines. They were complemented by competitor vehicles to enable direct comparisons—both in sales conversations and real-world driving tests.
Interactive Workshops Instead of Lectures
Formation4You relied on interaction: Participants explored the vehicles independently using their smartphones. Their photos were instantly uploaded to a Padlet, enabling immediate visual exchange. Results were reviewed together, open questions discussed, and sales scenarios practiced.
Dynamic Practice, Convincing Arguments
Guided comparison drives took place on public roads, with trainer inputs at switch points. Special emphasis was placed on professionally differentiating the vehicles from competitors—fact-based but brand-strong arguments.
Gamification at the End
Each training day concluded with an online quiz—featuring attractive prizes from the brand boutique. A playful wrap-up that reinforced knowledge and ended on a high note.
Conclusion: Both in Austria and Switzerland, the feedback was positive – proving that perfect coordination, didactic variety, and a strong team can turn even the most complex multi-location training into a success.
