Cela cr\u00e9e une architecture d&rsquo;apprentissage qui relie les connaissances, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et l&rsquo;application. <\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de ce dispositif se trouvent les questions centrales du service client moderne :<br \/>Comment la confiance s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit-elle dans l&rsquo;entretien client ? Les processus de service ne sont pas seulement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s d&rsquo;un point de vue organisationnel, mais sont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis du point de vue de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deux pays \u2013 deux formats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement au programme suisse, un cours de Conseiller\u00b7\u00e8re Service Client d\u00e9marre \u00e9galement en Autriche.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que le cours suisse a une structure compacte, le programme autrichien suit un format hybride plus intensif. Des modules en ligne pr\u00e9parent le contenu, qui est ensuite approfondi lors de formations en pr\u00e9sentiel. <\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes sont comparables, la diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9sidant principalement dans la profondeur et l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 du traitement.
