What a missing car wash reveals about full service in automotive training<\/h2>\n

Werfenweng \u2013 Austria, has a lot going for it. Mountains, nature, a stunning backdrop for driving training. What it doesn\u2019t have: a car wash. <\/p>\n

At first glance, that sounds like a minor detail. But when around 80 salespeople and managing directors from the MG dealer network come together to get to know two new vehicle models, it matters. The vehicles aren\u2019t just there to convince on a technical level \u2014 they need to look the part too. <\/p>\n

So a solution had to be found. The vehicles were cleaned on-site. A small episode that captures rather well what full service means to us: we don\u2019t just handle the training. We make sure the entire event becomes a training experience. <\/p>\n

Two models need two training designs<\/h3>\n

The MG4 EV Urban and the MGS9 PHEV+ were at the centre of this dealer training. Running two different vehicles in parallel doesn\u2019t just mean packing more product knowledge into the same programme. <\/p>\n

Each model needs a training design that fits its specific characteristics and the demands of selling it. That\u2019s why we developed separate workshops for both vehicles, integrated into a shared event structure. <\/p>\n

The goal for participants: to engage deeply with both models, experience them first-hand, and come away with the confidence they need for future customer conversations.<\/p>\n

Good training starts long before the first workshop<\/h3>\n

Making that happen takes more than solid content and experienced trainers. The venue, vehicles, and competitor cars all had to be organised; workshops and test drives coordinated; groups guided through the different stations. A closing quiz to consolidate the key training content was part of it too. <\/p>\n

Most of this goes completely unnoticed by participants. And that\u2019s exactly how it should be. An event is usually at its best when no one has to think about everything that was needed behind the scenes to make it work. <\/p>\n

One point of contact instead of multiple interfaces<\/h3>\n

Automotive training at this scale often involves several service providers working in parallel. One agency organises the event, another handles the driving activities, and a training company takes care of workshop design and delivery. <\/p>\n

That can work well. But it also means the client has to coordinate multiple partners and manage the responsibility for every interface between them. <\/p>\n

We develop the training, provide the trainers, organise the venue, vehicles and competitor cars, coordinate the driving activities, and handle operational delivery on the ground.<\/p>\n

The client aligns with us on requirements and budget. After that, we take over. At the end, there\u2019s one point of contact and one consolidated invoice where all agreed services are brought together transparently. <\/p>\n

Full service shows when someone keeps the whole picture in view<\/h3>\n

The entire MG team was on the ground in Werfenweng, right up to the Managing Director. For the roughly 80 participants, the focus was entirely on the new models, the workshops, the driving experience, and the exchange within the dealer network. <\/p>\n

Our job was to create the right conditions for all of that to happen. Because great training doesn\u2019t only happen in the seminar room. It comes from thoughtful training design, professional organisation, and countless decisions made in the background that ensure everything comes together in the end. <\/p>\n

And sometimes, full service shows up in something as simple as finding a solution when there isn\u2019t a car wash for miles.<\/p>\n
