It was a year in which we brought people, organisations and learning processes together where they unfold their impact: in everyday professional life, in collaboration and in concrete action. <\/p>\n<h3>Product and live trainings: practice meets context<\/h3>\n<p>Practice-oriented formats unfold their impact where experience, comparability and transfer questions interact within a lively learning environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/3-languages-2-countries-2-brands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Multi-location product trainings in 3 languages, 2 countries, 2 brands with 490 participants<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Trainings in the transformation field with a focus on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/between-tradition-and-transformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">balance between tradition and future-oriented mobility<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Product trainings in the field of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/with-a-focus-on-multimedia-and-new-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">multimedia and digital skills<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Academy programmes: competence with structure<\/h3>\n<p>In 2025, Academy programmes were high on the agenda. Sustainable change requires impulses, inspiration and the right mindset. In 2025, Hubert Ortner, Managing Director of Formation4You, opened important spaces for thought and development through his talks:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/thinking-out-of-the-box\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thinking out of the box<\/a><\/em>: innovation requires new paths<\/li>\n<li><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/why-change-is-sometimes-uncomfortable-and-still-necessary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Change: uncomfortable and necessary<\/a><\/em>: practical insights into real change processes<\/li>\n<li><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/digitalisation-in-the-training-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digitalisation in training<\/a><\/em>: reflection on the balance between people and technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to successful formats and new approaches, we also celebrated <strong>two special internal milestones<\/strong> in 2025:<\/p>\n<p>In June, our new website went live in four languages, and in December we celebrated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation4you.com\/en\/10-years-of-formation4you\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 years of Formation4You<\/a> \u2013 from a three-person team to a partner operating across Europe.<\/p>\n<h3>Gratitude and a look ahead<\/h3>\n<p>We are grateful for a year full of encounters, learning moments and growing connections.
