The T&Cs are part of a quote (and offer) and a contract or an order confirmation. Customer\u2019s and\/or supplier\/partner\u2019s T&Cs only apply if Formation4You GmbH (Switzerland) or Formation4You KG (Austria) has recognised their application in writing. <\/p>\n
