The “vehicle presentation and delivery” training module for Renault sales staff from Formation4You.

December 2016: “Vehicle presentation and vehicle delivery” was the motto of the salesperson training module from Formation4You which took place in November 2016 for Renault salespeople in Switzerland. At this one-day workshop, with the use of clear practical exercises, our experienced automotive trainer, Sabine Blum, told the participants what is important during the sales talk with the customer and how they can make the “golden” moment of the vehicle handover exciting.

The training module covers the key sales techniques for vehicle dealers, such as the “5-Step-Walkaround”, the meaning and applicability of which is explained in detail and can then be put to the test by the participants in a role play exercise. Demand-oriented vehicle presentation, also in terms of multimedia and technical innovations, is just as much a topic as the ideal implementation of the questioning techniques.

After the sale has been concluded, it is ultimately the perfect delivery of the vehicle that counts. The participants also receive numerous inputs for the optimum vehicle preparation and ideas for a handover which will be remembered positively by the customer.

The Renault sales training module takes place in Switzerland in Swiss German and French.
